Sealing Is Beneficial.

We believe, we must care for the first thing everyone sees; your pavement. Sealing will not only protect the surface of your brick, concrete, clay, travertine, marble, limestone, and or other natural stone, but it will also enhance the appearance of your driveways, walkways, and pool decks. We know paving is a tedious process that can last 2 days (if weather permits), but the waiting is always worth it. You will be amazed by the results. This process begins with a chemical test followed by Xtream-Clean pressure washing. After the surface is dry or on the 2nd day, we begin to seal your pavement with one or two coats applied depending on the need. Following this, the surface mustn't be ridden on for at least 48 hours to ensure proper drying. We recommend that you should also seal wood decks and fences to extend the life and beauty of your investment.

FAQs

What does sealing do for pavers?

Sealing is meant to protect pavers from the rain, sun and anything foreign that were to fall on them. It creates an invisible barrier on top of the pavers that repels water, oil and anything else you might accidentally drop on your driveway or pool deck, as long as you wash it clean as soon as you spot it.

How long does the sealing process take?

It's usually a 2-day process (weather permitting).

When do pavers need re-sanding?

Fine sand is the finishing touch of any paver job. It works as the grout on tile floor securing and preventing pavers from moving or shifting.

Will sealing my pavers make them shine?

Sealing is made to protect the pavers and also to preserve their beauty. When sealer is applied, it darkens the original colors.

How can you tell if you need to reseal your pavers?

A simple test can help you tell if you need sealing or not, but it's not the only one. Turn on your water hose and watch water bead up on the surface. If water is not beading, you might need a fresh coat of sealer.

How often do I need to reseal my pavers?

Usually a good sealing job, with a good product should last between one and a half to two years depending on the care given to the area, the traffic, and the elements (i.e. rain, sun etc...).
